Do credits expire?
Pay-per-use credits never expire. Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, but unused credits roll over up to 2x your monthly limit.
What is the Auto-Brand Template?
The Auto-Brand template automatically fetches a company's logo and brand colors to create a visually personalized cover letter. It's included with all paid plans (Starter, Pro, Unlimited) or unlocked when you purchase credits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. No hidden fees or cancellation penalties.
